Easy Science Fair Project
An easy science fair project does not have to be complicated to be good. There are many options when it comes to choosing a topic for your project. No matter what the project or the difficulty level you are going for, the most important thing to keep in mind is that you must have an interest in the topic you choose. If you choose something that bores you, chances are that it’s going to show in your work and you are not going to get a good grade.

Testing Senses Of Smell
Experiment: How good is a person’s sense of smell?
Category: Biology
Ages: Elementary School
Easy science fair projects can be to test people’s sense of smell. To do this you will need five plastic containers with lids, a pencil to poke holes in the top, masking tape to mark on the bottom what the smell is, some volunteers, and of course the smell producing items; lemon juice, coffee beans, pine needles, onions, and vinegar. Place one item into each container and put the lid on it. Make a chart and get your volunteers ready. Have them sniff each container one at a time and tell you what they think it is. Record your results and then move on to the next container. Once one person has gone through all the containers, move on to the next volunteer and repeat the steps again. Which volunteer had the best sense of smell? Which had the worst? Was there one item that no one could guess? Make a chart to compare your findings and show your volunteers how they did.
